She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius R Fester and Lela Jean Fester (Hess); her husband Ralph E. Cline; and her siblings, Bob Fester, Nancy Wells and Judy Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Cline of Fredonia, KS, Ed Cline (Marcia) of Fredonia, KS and Janet Ratzlaff (Rusty); and her grandchildren, Kristin Cline, Jared Ratzlaff, Kendall Cline, Ryan Ratzlaff, Evan Ratzlaff and Kayla Cline. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren: Numerous nieces, nephews and distant relatives.
