He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde L. Carter and Inez F. Carter (Jordan); and his daughter Dawn Ellen. He is survived by: his daughter Janet Loudett of Glenpool; his sister Karen J. Watson of Kansas City; and his grandson Christopher.
