He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Ratzlaff and Melinda Ratzlaff (Glasgow); and his siblings, Emmett Gene (Sonny) and Dimple Dene Hummer. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Carolyn Bagby; his wife Carolyn; his children, Deb Underwood (Tim), Cindy Hughes (Mike), Ron Ratzlaff, Rod Ratzlaff (Gen), Brenda Beurskens (Benny) and Lori Baskin (Rick) of Bartlesville, OK; and his sisters, Betty Jean Eichenauer and Norma Tull (Art) of Independence, KS.. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Jake's name can be made to Cornerstone Christian Church, and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
