She was predeceased by: her former husband Harry B. Cool; her husband Harold DeCou; her daughter Janet Sue Dickerson; her sisters, Annabell James and Juanita White; and her aunt Emma James.
She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Compton (Ben); her grandchildren, Lisa Pruter (Daryl) and Brian Compton (Amy); and her stepgrandsons, Carson Reid, Duncan Reid, Spencer Reid, Daris Pruter, Dallas Pruter and Daxton Pruter.
