He was predeceased by: his wife Melva Marie Keykendall. He is survived by: his children, Donnie L. Anderson of New Strawn, Sheri M. Anderson Sass of Fredonia and David W. Anderson of Russell, Kansas.; his siblings, Bud Anderson of New Albany, Rick Anderson of Willard, Joann Houchin of Fredonia, Irene Lakin of Andover and Nancy Wescott of Willard, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Megan, Stephanie, Aaron, Colton and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Josie, Dalton, Haven, Payson and Emersyn.
