He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Anna Scott (Coltrain) and Delmar Dale Scott; his former wife Carolyn Sue Wilder; his sister Catherine Funk; his wife Mayrie Jane Scott of Reno; his sister Donita Hallbauer of Gardendale; and his stepbrother Raymond Eugene Burton of Wichita. He was also cherished by numerous cousins and nieces and nephews.
