She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Clarence Gehman Jr. and Anna Gehman (Martin); and her siblings, Bonnie, Barbra and Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Max E. Dawson; her children, Max and Eve; her grandson Dylan Reynolds; and her sister Sandie Loder (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wickham Family Funeral Home - Fredonia (510 N 7th St, Fredonia, KS 66736). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fredonia City Cemetery South Cement.
