It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra M. Dowd of Frankfort, Kansas, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Graham and Leta Mae Schilling; and her husband Chauncey. She is survived by: her children, Kris Dowd (Sara), James Dowd (Tanya) of Odessa, MO and Christina Watkins (Matt); and her siblings, Terri Meade (Bob) of Centralia, Lisa Meade (Bill) of Centralia and Randy Feltner. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
A memorial fund is established and will be designated later.
