He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Kenworthy and Minnie Kenworthy (Holver); and his siblings, LeRoy "Junior", Arthur, Julius, Ralph, Howard Kenworthy, Norma and Lorna Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Seematter; his children, Robert "Bobby" Kenworthy (Aimee) of Frankfort and Angie Bramhall of Topeka; his grandsons, Brett Kenworthy (Emily), Regan Bramhall, Adam Kenworthy, Conner Bramhall and Rece Kenworthy; and his great grandchildren, Ryker and Henry.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
