He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Johnson and Elanore Johnson (Swanson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Barber; his children, Larry Barber, Melissa Armstrong and Sarah Barber of St. Joseph; his siblings, Janet Neilson (Bill), Charles Johnson (Sandy) and Joan O'Dell (Don); his grandchildren, Destiny Lawrence, Skylar Lawrence, Madeline Connell and Neva Connell; and his great grandchildren, Matias Walters and Braxtyn Walters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established to the Alzheimer's Association, the American Heart Association and/or the Frankfort Community Care Home.
