He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Miller and Kathryn Miller (Otto); and his siblings, Eugene, Lorain (L. J.), Mary, Ramona, Evelyn and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra June Carlson; his children, Terri Smith (Allan) of Frankfort, KS, Tami Routh (Greg) of Liberty, MO and John Miller of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, Paul Miller (Delores) of Valley Falls, KS and Pearl Raugewitz of Topeka, KS; and his grandchildren, Jarrod Smith (Katy), Josh Smith (Vicki), Megan Dorrance (Brennon), Logan Routh (Hannah), Garrett Routh, Sydney Shanahan (Michael), Kelsey Miller, Taylor Miller and Avery Miller. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established to Annunciation Catholic Church.
