He is survived by: his wife Frances Ann Noud; his sons, Joe Howell (Penny) and Pat Howell (Kathy) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Aaron Howell (Annie), Matt Howell, Alyse Hsu (Edward), Meredith Bergmann (Matt) and Mark Howell (Gentry); and his great grandchildren, Charlie Howell, Lillian Howell, Henry Hsu, Allan Bergmann, Wrigley Howell, Leona Bergmann and Brecken Howell.
A memorial fund is established and will be designated later.
