He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sisk and Cecil Sisk (Carmichael); his daughter Kathryn; and his siblings, Harold, Gerald, Catherine, Ruby Keck and Faye Bramhall.
He is survived by: his wife Betty O'Neal; his daughters, Pam Suther (Jerry) of Frankfort, KS and Jill Harrison (Joe) of Tampa, FL; his brother E. J. Sisk (Sonny); and his grandchildren, Shane Suther (Angie) of Pembine, WI, Matt Suther (Cherie) of Lenexa, KS, Ashley Schubert (Craig) of Leesburg, VA, Tianta and Trae Harrison (Michelle) of South Orange, NJ. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
