He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sedlacek and Viola Sedlacek (Lillibridge); and his brother Marvin Sedlacek. He is survived by: his wife Jane Wassenberg; his children, Cathy (William), Amy, Jay, Joseph and Christopher Harper (Melody); and his sister Sharon Barnes (Richard).
