She is survived by: her children, Rick of Lawton, Keith of Jacksonville, Les of Glendale, Arizona and Karen Roth of Fowler; and her siblings, Chester Mendenhall of Wichita, Kansas and Barb Clark of Cimarron. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
