Joan Harris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2024, at the age of 92, Joan Harris of Fowler, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Raymond and Anna Juanita Middleswart (Rathbun); her son George Daniel Harris (Danny); her granddaughter Leslie Wurdeman Riner; and her siblings, Jake Middleswart, Joyce Eck and Jean Tipton.
She is survived by: her husband George William Harris (Bill); her children, Dana Wurdeman (Tom) of Overbrook, DeAnn Eddy (Randy) of Cedar Vale, Kansas and David (Lori) of Newton, Kansas; her daughter-in-law Brenda Harris of Fowler; and her grandchildren, Gabe, Greg, Garrett, Grant, Briana, Kristin, Jared, Hali and Chelsea. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
The family would welcome memorials to the Fowler Fire Department, Fowler Library or the charity of the donor's choice.
