He was predeceased by: his father Richard Stanley Koch; his grandparents, Paul, Mary Koch and Don Bergkamp; and his stepfather Carlos Amaro.
He is survived by: his mother Denise Amaro (Bergkamp); his grandmother Shelby Huslig of Fowler, KS; his sister Andrea Koch of Wichita, KS; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
