She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cook and Lenora Cook (Mabery); her husband William Leis (Bill); her siblings, Gordon Cook, Oland Ray Cook and Dolly Ann Watts; and her granddaughter Angela Leis.
She is survived by: her children, Carolda Edwards (Steve) of Fowler, Bev Baalman of Wichita, Kansas, Steve Leis of Wright, Douglas Leis (Julie) of Wellington and Stanley Leis of Peck, Kansas; and her brothers, Gaylord Cook of Hutchinson, Marlon Cook of Boone and Richard Cook of Liberal, Kansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
