She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Middleswart and Ann "Bill" Middleswart; her son Michael; and her siblings, J. C. Middleswart and Joyce Eck.
She is survived by: her daughter Jani Jerusal of Cheweloh; her grandsons, Jesse Lock of Cheweloh and Jamie Locke of Cheweloh; and her sister Joan Harris (Bill) of Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would welcome memorials to the charity of the donor's choice in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade, Kansas.
