She was predeceased by: her parents, George Owen and Norma Madeline Tolson (Shumard); and her sisters, Bernadine Abbott, Colleen McKinney and Betty Clover.
She is survived by: her sister Dorlene N. Trekell of Dodge City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family would welcome memorials to the First Christian Church, the Meade Public Library, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
