He is survived by: his wife Casey; his sons, Anthony Michael Bolden, Justin Bolden (Kayla) of Denver, CO and Tyson Bolden; his grandchildren, Bailey, Tyson, Ryan, Neveah, Tyffani, Michael, Emily, Gage, Gunnar and Sophie; and his sister Laura Deen of Uniontown, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
