With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne E. Bays of Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on August 4, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nova Henry Bays and Lora Alice Bays (George); his wife Peggy Vance (Padgett); and his siblings, Donald Lee Bays, James Bays, Caroline Bogard and Connie Donovan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Bays (Debbie), Nancy Cunningham, Wilma Taggart (John) and Shirley Morris; and his brother-in-law Donald Bogard.
