He was predeceased by: his parents, Varrell Leroy and Rose Ruth Forgey (Brown); and his wife Shirley Louise White. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Kay Sedelmeyer (Rob) of Medina and Virgil Bradley Forgey of Payson; and his sister Ruth Arlene Eubank of Peoria. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
