He is survived by: his parents, Frank Madison and Debbie Madison of Fort Scott; his fiancé Lacy Nutter; his children, Ty, Terron Nutter, Talli, Taitlyn and Tucker Madison of Butler, Missouri.; and his siblings, Mike Rose (Nicole), Dani Fine (Todd), Nicki Traul (John), Jeff Madison (Heather), Charlie Madison and Jessi Smith (Brandon).
