She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emery Henderson and Mary Olive Wilcox Henderson; her husband David Allen Woodall; her children, Susan Crosby and David Nolen Woodall; her great grandchild Lance Haley, Jr.; and her siblings, Emery Henderson and Frances Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Rast (Walter) of Coolidge, Robert Woodall of Branchville and John Woodall of Ft. Scott, Kansas.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Sylvia Woodall Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main, P.O. Box 347, Ft. Scott, KS 66701.
