He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Weldon Fisher and Ester McCracken Fisher; his wife Elaine Russell; his daughter Stana Wynn (Jeremy) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Nolan Wynn (Anna) of Chesterfield and Payton Wynn of Windsor, Colorado.; and his brother Steve Fisher (Liz) of Ft. Scott.
