She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dan Freer and Edith Amelia Freer (Tucker); her former husband Roger Boyles; her husband John Albert Stephens; her grandmother Cook; her children, Gail Byrd of Webb City, Leanna (Mike Burke), Moria (Darrin Gauthier), Michelle (Doug Walton), Gus (Heidi Boyles), Chuck (Holli Boyles), Mike Stephens of Westphalia and Matt (Jennifer Stephens); her siblings, Raylene Freer of Fort Scott and David Freer of Fort Scott; her grandson Roger Burke; and her sister Joan Collins. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
