She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Floyd and Ruth Hallie White (Buck); and her brother Thomas White. She is survived by: her spouse Varrell L. Forgey; her children, Melinda Sedelmeyer (Rob) of Medina and Virgil Forgey of Payson; and her brother Robert White of Iola. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
