It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Motley (Fort Scott, Kansas), born in Barry, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Glenn Coultas and Georgia Ann Coultas (Smith); her husband John Roy Motley; her brothers, Glenn Gail Coultas and Dean Coultas; her daughter-in-law Betty Rose Motley (Gregg); her grandson Brian Motley; and her great grandchildren, Nes Burton and Charleigh Burton.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregg Motley (Kim) of Fort Scott, KS, Tim Motley of Seattle, WA and Chris Motley of Kansas City, MO.; her brother William Coultas (Diana) of Industry, IL; and her grandchildren, Allison (Andy), Paige (Keith), Katie, Ben (Rachel), Kaylie (Pedro), Jesse, Khloe (Levi) and Max.

Memorials are suggested to Faith Church and may be left in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, PO Box 347, 201 S. Main St., Fort Scott, KS 66701.
