He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Ross Hughes and Freda Ella Fletcher Hughes. He is survived by: his pet Angus; his granddaughter Elsie Mae; his wife Patricia Anne Repasky; his children, Ashley Marie Hughes (Jenn Hall) of Hutto, TX, Victor Russell Hughes (Bailie) of Gardner, KS and John Ross Hughes (Jada) of Overland Park, KS; his granddaughter Elsie Mae Hughes; his brother Randall Hughes (Vicki) of Ottawa, KS; his nephews, Bob, Colin Hughes and Anthony Seigrest; and his niece Jenny Seigrest.
