It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Jean Davis of Fort Scott, Kansas, born in Hiattville, Kansas, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Rolla Hixon and Bernice Boileau Hixon; her stepson Tom Davis; her stepgrandson Mark Davis; and her brothers, William Hixon and Lynn Hixon.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Warren Davis; her stepson James Davis of Republic, Missouri; and her nephew Lynn Hixon, Jr. of Independence. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
