We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, at the age of 81, Robert Harvey Belknap of Fort Scott, Kansas, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Belknap, Sr. and Thelma F. Warwick Belknap; his daughter Michelle Weaver; his grandson Jacob R. Welch; and his sister Thelma Sue Dement.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Brett Roufs (Michelle) of Newton, KS and Melanie Elliott (Justin) of Paola, KS; his brother James H. Belknap, Jr.; his grandchildren, Morgan, Olivia, Lance, Noah, Manny, Maiya and Dawson; and his great grandchild Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
