He was predeceased by: his father Louis Joseph Chermok, Jr.; and his brother Pat. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Agnus Vochal Chermok of Arma, KS; his siblings, Michael (Kristin) of Parker, KS, Daniel (Dalene) of Fruita, CO and Teresa Chermok; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Jacob (Megan), Jessica and Kalene.
