It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul J. Newton (Fort Scott, Kansas), who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J Newton and Jennie Zembal Newton; and his siblings, Marlene and Jeff Newton. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Simons; his children, Paul J. Newton III (Trey) of Kansas City, Josh Newton (Trisha) of Fort Scott and Sammi Simpson (Kaleb) of Fort Scott; his sister Paulette Albright (Richard) of Fort Scott; his grandchildren, Ryder, Rush, Ridge, Rocki Newton, Willow Simpson and Treyton Newton; and his sister-in-law Law Dawnell Newton of Rolla. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
