He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulys Lawrence and Annie May Simmons Lawrence; his son Jack Lawrence; his sisters, Blanch, May, Lena, Vonda and Veta; and his close friend Mary Jo Pellett.
He is survived by: his daughter Yvonne Jones (Bill) of Fayetteville; his daughter-in-law Brenda Lawrence; and his grandsons, Gary Lawrence of Ft. Scott and Keith Lawrence of Ft. Scott. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
