He is survived by: his sister Maurita "Rita" Garnette Russell (West); his wife Linda Sue Parrent; his children, Casey, Matt and Jamie Payton; his brothers, Jesse, Dennis, Bob, Wayne, Chuck and Kevin; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brysen (DeChant), Madilyn and Max; his great grandchildren, Landon and Kylie DeChant; and his siblings, Jim, Leo (Jay), Joe, Jerry and Louise. He is also survived by his siblings, children, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
