She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Howard and Tenna Doris Lemons (Stewart); her daughter Cheryl Fowler; and her siblings, Doris Jane Privett, Marvin Lemons and Charles Lemons.
She is survived by: her spouse Charley Lee Hay; her children, Steven Lee Hay of Lenior City and Tammy Queen of Fort Scott; and her sister Anna Belle Boyd. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
