He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin William Bergemann, Sr. and Kathryn Dorothy Bergemann (Sands); his stepfather Harry Ludvigsen; and his siblings, Roger Bergemann, Robert Bergemann, Ervin, Richard Bergemann, Violet Lemke and Barbara Bergemann.
He is survived by: his wife Candy Sue McGee; his children, Aaron Bergemann (Julia) of Willis, Texas and Cara Stewart (Rick) of El Dorado, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Reagin Bergemann, Brittany, Clay, Crocket Allen, Harley, Briar Thornton (Jillian) and Anastasia Stewart.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Marvin D. Bergemann Memorial Fund, and may be left in the care of the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home, 15 W. Wall Street, P.O. Box 309, Fort Scott, Kansas, 66701.
