She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Rhodes and Stella Young Rhodes; her husband Wesley Bailey; her siblings, Wayne, Emmerson, Hubert Rhodes and Juanita Decker; and her half-brothers, Ted Waltmire and Chris Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Bailey of Ft. Scott, Dean Bailey (Gail) of Ft. Scott, Dail Bailey (Loretta) of Girard, Judy Love (Harvey) of Oswego, Gene Bailey (Rita) of Ft. Scott and David Bailey (Brenda) of Ft. Scott. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
