She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Lynch (Jim) of Loveland, Wilbur Mowen, Jr. (Patricia) of Ft. Scott and Richard Mowen (Leta) of Shawnee; and her grandchildren, Janice, Julie, James, Andrew, Jessica, Brent, Jeff, David and Sally.
