He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Michael Chermok (Kristin) of Parker, KS, Richard Chermok of Garland, KS, Teresa Chermok and Daniel Chermok (Dalene) of Fruita, CO; his grandchildren, Nathan, Jessica, Kalene and Jacob (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Weston and Lilly.
