She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton "Walt" Ham and Evelyn Vest Ham; her mother-in-law Francis Pruitt; and her grandson Johnathan Wane Fugate. She is survived by: her husband Urvy Pruitt; her children, Jeff Fugate (Robin) of Greeley, Derek Fugate (Michelle) of Kearney, MO, James Pruitt (Megan) of Wichita, KS and Aleah Stice (Jacob) of Emporia, KS; her brother Larry Ham (Pam) of Fort Scott, KS; and her cousin Debbie Taylor of Fort Scott, KS.
