He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Abraham Swaim and Evelyn Elizabeth Swaim (Hull). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Kellogg; his children, Aaron Swaim, Allison of Gardner, Lisa Collier and Troy of Paola, Kansas; his grandchildren, Porter, Griffin Swaim, Jenna, Jacie and Jensen Collier; and his pet Oliver.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (301 S National Ave, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (914 215th St, Fort Scott, KS 66701).
