It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Clarence Kemp II (Fort Scott, Kansas), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Iva Glen Kemp (Amos) and Jesse Clarence Kemp I.; his wife Josephine Marie Ruggero; and his sister June.
