He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester H. Hoffman and Hazel Hoffman (Bowers); his wife Janice Kay Goodsell; and his siblings, Evelyn Hamilton and Kenneth Hoffman.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Tourtillott (Joe) and Brian Hoffman (Tamara); his grandchildren, Hannah, Wyatt Tourtillott and Kyle Hoffman; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Kaye Hoffman of Powhatan and Joyce Todd (Gene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
