We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2022, at the age of 77, James Edmund Gerteis (Fort Scott, Kansas), born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeremiah Gerteis and Florence Gerteis; his wife Terry Renee Gerteis; his daughters, Maresa Ledford (David) of Columbia and Rachel Dial (Tim) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Joseph Ledford, Cana, Camille Ledford, Cameryn and Carsyn Dial; his brothers, Robert Gerteis (Ann) and Charles Gerteis; and his nephews, Steve and Mark Gerteis.
