He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Newcomer and Leila Newcomer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Tiffany; his daughters, Kendra Clancy (Chris) and Darcy Strong (Joe); and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Kaylin, Amber, Tristan, Emily, Alex, Jared and Ethan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
