He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mildfelt and Catherine Endres Mildfelt; and his siblings, Gene, Tom Mildfelt, Nellie Mitchum and Ruth Steichen.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Karleskint; and his children, Tom Mildfelt (Sandy) of Parsons, Mike Mildfelt (Debi) of Winfield, Dan Mildfelt (Lisa) of Chanute, Todd Mildfelt (Kelli) of Baldwin and LeAnne Wiles (Kevin) of Parsons, Kansas.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
