He was predeceased by: his son Thomas; his parents, Robert Billionis and Waynith Billionis; and also, Wayne and Bonnie Meek.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Matthew Simpson (Spring) and Nicholas Billionis; his daughter-in-law Michelle Billionis; his brothers, Mike Billionis (Vicki) and Rick Billionis (Val); and his grandchildren, Marin, Grace, Amelia Billionis, Tarin and Kinley Simpson.
