It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fay F. DeLaney (Fort Scott, Kansas), born in Beaver, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dewey Winebaugh of Forgan, Oklahoma.; her grandparents, Edward and Ellen Jane Baggett; and her parents-in-law, Donald and Nora DeLaney, Sr..
She is survived by: her mother Kathy Louise Baggett Windsor; her husband Donald DeLaney, Jr.; her daughter Chelsea DeLaney Andrew; her son-in-law Joseph Andrew of Pittsburg, Kansas.; and her granddaughters, Laney Andrew and London Andrew. She is also survived by her husband, daughter, son-in-law, her two granddaughters, her mother, brother, four sisters, two brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.
Since Fay absolutely loved her two granddaughters and education, the family suggests memorials be made to the Children's Educational Fund for her granddaughters Laney and London Andrew.
